Distance
Learning is a convenient way to
improve your technical knowledge.
AIB correspondence courses are available
to help you learn and growth with
the food processing industry. These
courses can be completed at home
or even on the job if your company
allows. No travel is necessary,
and there are no fixed starting
dates. You can enroll in AIB correspondence
courses at any time.
All course materials are shipped
at once and are yours to keep
after completion of the course.
The manuals make excellent references
for personal or company libraries.
AIB has been very careful to make
courses as clear and easy to understand
as possible. Courses vary in length
from 5 to 30 lessons - see each
course description for details.
There is a multiple -choice exam
at the end of each lesson. You
simply mail the answer sheets
to AIB for grading. If you are
in the U.S., We will return the
grade report to you within ten
days or less. Grade reports show
which question were marked incorrectly
and what the correct answers are
for those questions.
When
you have successfully completed
the entire course, you will receive
a certificate and a number of
continuing education units (CEUs),
the number varies according to
the length of the course. The
CEU is a nationally recognized
unit that indicates completion
of a training or academic program.
Transcripts of your completed
work are available from AIB upon
written request, free of charge.
You may also arrange to have transcripts
sent to your employer.
